Ohio Highway Patrol on Sept. 1 filed a charge of vehicular manslaughter against Creola Snow stemming from a July 13 two-vehicle crash in Masury in which her 98-year-old mother, Beautrice Snow, suffered fatal injuries.
Creola Snow is to be arraigned Sept. 10 on the second-degree misdemeanor charge, a crime punishable by up to 90 days in jail.
