Brookfield Fire-EMS took one person to a hospital after a tractor-trailer carrying small-diameter pipe rolled over into a ditch Sept. 9 on Route 62 southbound between Bedford and Hubbard Thomas roads, police said.
Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating with assistance from Brookfield police.
UPDATE:
- Gerald Grogan, 65, of Quebec, was taken to a hospital by Brookfield Fire-EMS after his tractor-trailer hauling steel pipe went off the right side of the road and overturned Sept. 9 on Route 62 southbound, between Bedford and Hubbard Thomas roads, Ohio Highway Patrol said. Grogan was charged with failing to maintain reasonable control, pleaded guilty, and was fined $50.
