Two Masury men have been sent to prison for having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Isiah J. Krzyston, 22, of 603 Brookfield Ave., was sentenced May 26 to 30 months in prison followed by 5 years’ probation by Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Ronald J. Rice. In his sentence order, Rice said Krzyston “shows no genuine remorse” and is a high risk to reoffend.
Ivan J. Mach, 23, of 8155 Addison Road, was sentenced July 6 to 28 months in prison by Judge W. Wyatt McKay.
Both men are Tier II sex offenders, requiring them to register for 25 years.
Krzyston pleaded guilty April 21 to three counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Mach pleaded guilty June 8 to single counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and disseminating harmful matter to a juvenile,
Both men had previously been prosecuted for harboring the girl when she ran away in November. In January, Krzyston was discovered in the girl’s bed, and he fled out a window without his shoes, shirt, phone and wallet.
During the course of the investigation of the second incident, Krzyston admitted he had had a sexual relationship with the girl, and that Mach had participated in threesomes, police said. Mach also said he had sex with the girl.
Krzyston and Mach admitted that they had sent nude photos of themselves to the girl, police said.
The girl said she had had sex with both men, and had sent nude photos of herself to them, police said.
