Trumbull County commissioners recently extended its lease for the office space that houses Trumbull County Eastern District Court at 7130 Brookwood Drive, according to the commissioners’ meeting minutes.
The five-year extension with K-Y Residential, Industrial and Commercial Development Corp. will run from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2024, at a monthly rent of $5,045 a month. The rent was increased by $8 a month to account for an increase in real estate taxes.
