Air Force Airman Bowen R. Soos of Brookfield has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Soos was in the 331st Training Squadron Flight 671, which took Commanders Excellence overall.
During the six weeks of training, Soos studied the Air Force mission, organization and military customs and courtesies; performed drill and ceremony marches; and received physical training, rifle marksmanship, field training exercises and special training in human relations.
Soos will be attending Tech School at Lackland.
Soos is a former member of the Civil Air Patrol’s 910th Youngstown ARS Composite Squadron. The son of Mark and Marlene Soos of Brookfield graduated from Brookfield High School in May.
