Brookfield Elementary School will hold 2020-21 kindergarten registration, for children who will be 5 years old by Aug. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon May 18 and noon to 3 p.m. May 19 at the school, 614 Bedford Road SE. Call elementary Secretary Barb Simon at 330-619-5240 to schedule a time so that governmental social distancing guidelines can be followed.
Before coming to registration, parents must complete an online registration form available at the district web site, brookfield.k12.oh.us and click on the “One View” link. Parents with children already in school can log in using their existing account and register a new student.
promoParents must bring to registration: the child’s official birth certificate with raised seal; a parent’s drivers license with the address matching that of the child; proof of custody papers and protection orders, if applicable; immunization records; two proof of residency documents, such as a utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage agreement; and IEP information, if applicable.
