Brookfield Township will host a tire collection drive from 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 3 behind the fire and road department building, 774 Route 7.
The collection is for Brookfield residents only and participants will have to show identification.
No more than 10 tires will be accepted from an individual, and tires are to be no more than 18 inches.
A grant from the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District is paying for the disposal of the tires.
