Trumbull County Combined Health District has filed charges in Trumbull County Eastern District Court against two Brookfield residents for failing to replace septic systems, a health official said.
Charged were Kelly Carowick, 53, of 2052 Custer Orangeville Road, and David Wilson, 53, of 5932 Merwin Chase Road.
They each were arraigned Dec. 19 and pleaded not guilty. Pretrial hearings were set for March 4.
