Village Green Veterinary Service Inc. has been sold.
The Brookfield vet clinic on the square in Brookfield Center has been bought by Premium Pet Hospitals Inc., which is affiliated with Steubenville Animal Hospital.
Village Green Veterinary was owned by Kilar Properties LLC.
A message left for the new owner at Steubenville Animal Hospital was not returned.
Premium Pet Hospital was registered in Ohio on Jan. 1, 2023, with Jag J. Patlola listed as statutory agent. Patlola is listed as the vet at Holiday Park Animal Hospital, Pittsburgh. A Steubenville Animal Hospital Facebook post from July 17, 2023, identifies him as the new owner there.
According to the Trumbull County Auditor’s website, the property sale went through May 7.
Kilar Properties had owned the property since 2011.
