Brookfield police today arrested a Masury man at home on warrants charging him with sex-related offenses and a separate incident in which a juvenile overdosed.

Jason R. Jones, 32, of 7827 Second St., has been charged with seven counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and one count of corrupting another with drugs, all felonies.

Police said they were contacted in June by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. This investigation resulted in a search warrant being executed on Jones’ residence on Aug 23. Police seized a cellphone and two computers.

Separately, police said they responded to Jones’ home on Jan. 2 for a call of an unconscious or fainted person. The person, a juvenile, overdosed on medications that were prescribed for Jones, police said. Brookfield Fire-EMS took the juvenile to a hospital.
