Brookfield Fire-EMS took one person to a hospital following this crash June 27 at Route 82 and 7 in Brookfield.

UPDATE: The person taken to the hospital was Benjamin A. Slick, 37, of Warren, Brookfield police said.
Slick was westbound on Route 82 in the car and ran the red light at the intersection, police said. Heather L. Vendemia, 54, of 7346 Warren Sharon Road, Brookfield, was northbound on Route 7 and her SUV hit Slick’s car, police said.
Slick has been cited for running the red light.
