Brookfield Board of Education has moved the starting time of tonight’s work session to 6 p.m., 30 minutes earlier than usual, to hear a presentation concerning a shared services study, said Brookfield Superintendent Toby Gibson.
The Ohio Auditor of State’s office conducted the study involving Brookfield, Liberty and Mathews school districts. The study looked at areas such as special education, transportation, food service and administrative personnel.
promoNEWS On the Green was not officially notified of the change to the time, and the reason for it, until after it reached out to Gibson.

Gibson apologized for the lack of notice, saying he thought notice had been sent out.
The board will hold its regular meeting to consider agenda items at 7 p.m.
The meeting will be held at the school at 614 Bedford Road.
