Brookfield police are investigating a report of an armed robbery that occurred Nov. 16 at a home in the 8100 block of Davis Street in Masury.
“A male subject stated he was robbed by a known subject,” said Police Chief Dan Faustino.
The perpetrator, also a man, had a gun, Faustino said.
“The victim sustained injuries where he stated he was hit in the head by the subject with the gun,” the chief said.
The victim declined medical treatment.
The perpetrator got away with cash, police said.
