Gloria J. Matthews of 811 Boyd St., Masury, has been cited by the Trumbull County Combined Health District for failing to comply with a board order to clean up solid waste, such as household items, on property she owns at 807 Boyd St., the board said.
She has pleaded not guilty and faces a hearing Jan. 20 in Trumbull County Eastern District Court.
