A former Brookfield man has been sentenced for a second set of sex charges involving a 14-year-old girl.
Dustin M. Kaczmark, 24, pleaded no contest June 7 to a charge of aggravated indecent assault, which had been filed by Sharon police. He was sentenced April 3 to 1 year minus 1 day to 2 years’ incarceration, followed by 5 years’ probation.
Kaczmark was paroled March 5 by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and pandering obscenity in a Trumbull County case. He had served a 6-month prison sentence, and is now serving 5 years’ parole.
Brookfield and Sharon police charged Kaczmark with sex offenses in August 2021 for conduct that occurred between December 2020 and July 2021.
Kaczmark is a Tier 1 sexual offender, requiring him to report his whereabouts for 15 years.
Someone needs to do something with theses sexual assaults. They get a slap on the wrist, some therapy, and back on the streets to reoffend!
