A Trumbull County jury decided today that there was not a contract for P&T Management Co. Inc., the owner of Brookfield Sparkle Market, to buy Mr. D’s Delicious Fresh Foods, also in Brookfield, from former owner E.L.D. D’onofrio Inc.
P&T sued E.L.D., alleging breach of contract. E.L.D. has since sold Mr. D’s to 7156 K.D. Brothers Inc.
